These abilities are activated from the shadows, taking out enemies before they even knew what hit them.
Ability: Phantom Blink
Target Type: Self
Description: Teleport a short distance forward to get the drop on unsuspecting enemies.
When to Use: This ability can be used to bypass obstacles enemies have put in the world. Right when someone thinks they have you blocked, BLINK!
